Why this exists
Every time we need copy — an episode intro, a caption, a hook, a subject line — the work used to pass through Caleb. That made him the bottleneck on everything downstream.
That's over. The Copy Desk lets you pull from the doctrine, pull from past episodes, and produce a first draft in Caleb's voice — without waiting on him.
How it works

Pick a format
Intro, hook, caption, script segment, email subject, or show notes. Each format has its own shape and the system writes to that shape.
Important: changing the format dropdown is a selection, not a regenerate. Drafts cost tokens · they only fire when you click Draft. If you switch the format after a draft is shown, you'll see a "🟡 stale" badge above it · click Draft again to refresh for the new format.

Type the topic + a quick note
Topic is what the copy is about ("Episode 47 · training vs preparation"). Notes are optional — a specific angle, a length cap, an opener you want to lean into.

Click Draft
The system pulls the entity's Vision · Mission · Values, retrieves relevant chunks from past scripts and briefings, and writes a first draft in Caleb's voice — anchored to the end you're pulling the team toward.
The deal
Every draft shows up watermarked:

The trinity discipline
Every draft is pulled toward the end the entity is actually working toward this quarter — its Vision, Mission, Values, and current Big 3.
The system reads which vessel you're in and pulls that vessel's trinity automatically. The end shows up in the sidebar of every draft so you can see what the copy is advancing before you even read it.

Quick start · today
1. Open the Copy Desk.
2. Draft three things. Pick the next episode and produce an intro, a hook, and a caption.
3. Save them to the queue. Caleb sees them. He approves or refines.
4. Do it again tomorrow.
